Food Lion Deals (3/28-4/5)

Food Lion is probably my favorite grocery store, of course that might be because around here in small town USA we don't have alot of options.  Food Lion has weekly MVP sales (which I'm sure everybody knows that already).  Food Lion does not double coupons like other grocery stores, but they do have some really good sales, and when you pair a coupon with those sales you can walk away feeling good. Make sure everytime you go into Food Lion you scan your MVP card at the coupon center, also look around the front of the store for coupon books. Sometimes these books are under the weely sales flyer, sometimes they are at the end of the cigarette check-out.  So keep your eyes open for these booklets. 

Here is a list of deals that are pretty good this week (in my opinion):

They are having a 3 day sale on a few items...the item that I am most excited about (altough I sure do wish I could get my son potty trained) is the Pampers & Huggies Diapers.  They are on sale for 7.99.  Pair that with a $3 off coupon that was avaliable on their website you've got a pack of diapers for $4.99 (whoohoo for cheap diapers!!)

Let me go back over this, I discovered the coupon I printed from the FL website was an actual store coupon, which means I can stack that with a manf. coupon to get an even better deal.  I have a $2 off Huggies coupon, therefore I will only pay $2.99.  Whoohoo, now that is EXCITING!!!

These are the other deals I'm planning on snagging:

• Ronzoni Pastas BOGO (I have 5 $1 coupons, not sure if the items on my coupons are included in this, so don't know if this sale will be a grabber or not)
• Hunts Ketchup $0.99 (Pair that with a .50/2 coupon, you've got ketchup for $0.74/bottle)
• Aunt Jemima Pancakes BOGO (pair that deal with the coupon avaliable on Facebook $1/2, and you've got pancakes for $0.99 a box)
• Kraft Cheese BOGO (pair that with 2 $1 off Kraft 2% Singles)

Not a very exciting week on Food Lion deals, but a few things I plan on grabbing.

I am going to try to post some of the links for these good coupons in a couple days.  I am nearing the end of the semester in school, so I have alot of tests and studying that I am having o complete. So please bear with me, I'm working on it.
