I done this in three different transactions, so I am listing them how I done them...
Transaction 1 & 2:
- Colgate Total Toothpaste
- Colgate 360 Toothbrush
- Lady Speed Stick
- 2 Skintimate Shave Gels
OOP: $7.89
RR: $7
So, I paid total for these two transactions $15.78 (out of pocket), and I got back $14 in Register Rewards
Transaction 3:
- Biore Pore Strips
- Biore Facial Scrub
- 6 Double Rolls Charmin
- 2 Rimmel Eyeliners
- Revlon Tweezers
- Revlon Nail Clippers
- 2 Renuzit Odor Neutralizers
- 2 Boxes Band-Aids
- 4 Snickers Eggs
- 4 packs of 5 gum
OOP: $4.80!
RR: $6.00
So for $20.58 OOP, I got $86 worth of stuff. Technically, I only spent $14 because of the RR I got back. So that's 29 items, which means each item was about .50. GREAT DEAL!!!
Walmart
I got alot of stuff at Walmart that I needed, but didn't have coupons for. I'm going going to show you want I bought that I had coupons for. Here is a picture:
So, here is a list of the items I purchased:
- 3 Purex Crystals Fabric Softener
- Popcorn
- Cookies
- Frutiables Juice Boxes
- Hefty *GREEN* Bags (Yes, I'm one of those "go green" freaks too)
- Glade Carpet Freshener
- Sour Gummy Worms
- Pencil Pouch (didn't have a coupon, but this is for my coupon binder)
- Avery A-Z Tab dividers (again, didn't have a coupon, but it's for my binder)
- NYC Mascara
- Degree Girl Deodorant
- SweetTart Jelly Beans
OOP: $20.00
So that's a 50% savings, and roughly $1.67 per item, not too bad for my first Walmart Couponing experience.
So yeah, I'm very thrilled with the things I was able to get for such a good price. I actually met a fellow couponer at Walgreens, she was patiently waiting in line behind me at Walgreens, I turned around to apologize for taking so long, and she smiled and held up her big stack of coupons!! Then we actually ran into each other at Walmart. Today I also had an old man tell me I was a smart lady! I also had several people ask me about my binder and say "I should do that too" And, I just love to talk about my couponing! I also have to say thank you to the wonderful people who work at my local Walgreens, they are fantastic! They make my shopping experience so much more enjoyable, they all love seeing how much I save. They don't mind me making multiple transactions and using 60 coupons. I have read on other sites how hateful and grumpy the cashiers are at different places, so living in a small town isn't so bad after all. (of course I have never thought it was, I love being from small town USA!) If you have any questions or suggestions, please let me know!
Once again, thanks for reading!
God Bless & Happy Couponing!!
